JOURNEY FROM NOIDA TO AGRA

It's time to leave Noida to explore Agra during Taj Mahotsav,The journey to there was very smooth by road, the distance from Noida to Agra is about 189 km via Yamuna Expressway and it took around 4 hours to reach there. The view from the car around Yamuna Expressway is really awesome, it's all greenery around the expressway.

We leave about 11am in the Morning on 22nd of February 2020,and reached Agra at 4.30pm in the Evening. We went there with  two prospective as 22nd February is my sister birthday so, we went there to celebrate that one and also we come to know about Taj Mahotsav. This trip was very special and far different from many other trips because this time Love of my life is also joining us for this trip so, i was very excited and have butterflies in my stomach.

Now the Journey begins, We sat in car and reached greater noida to pick up my soulmate, then we moved towards Agra via expressway. I noticed the highway was free from the vehicles. There were no honking, no shouting, no one on roads, which did not feel like India at all.Extremely quiet and yet many street food vendors continued serving delish warm foods and hot beverages. Finally, at 4.30pm we reached Agra, ohhh...my..god.. the first word we all suddenly said, Agra is decorated like a indian wedding bride, flower pots are placed on the both side of road, lighting was there and then we come to see the huge banners all around with picture of our honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji with the U.S President Donald Trump, as it was Inaugural visit of U.S President to Agra on 24th February 2020, this trip is named as Namaste Trump.

The ticket price is Rs 50 per person for Indian citizen and there is free entry for foreign citizen.

Finally, we get in after the security check at the Entry gate, I really can't explain the view of mela ground in words, I saw the ground was well decorated with lights and Indian arts , lots of cultural activities are also running around. There are lots of Food stalls with varieties of delicious Indian dishes. There are also lots of shopping stalls of Indian sarees, kurtas etc. There are also various shops for wooden items which are designed very well. After roaming all around we get into the pandal were we sit and see the musical performance of Hemant Brijwasi winner of lil champs. It's about 11.30 and we are starving a lot then we went to a food stall and eat Tandoori chicken and kebabs. Now we are feeling sleepy so we headed back to our hotel and we decided to see Taj Mahal in morning under the sunrise.

The Touch of Taj | Famous Tourist place in India

Unfortunately, We get too much tired last Night that we can't manage to wake up before sunrise,
we wake up at 7am in the morning, then get ready to visit the symbol of love "Taj Mahal".We also checked out  our hotel as we have to go back to noida same day.

Then, we reached the same place were we have parked our car last night during the visit of Taj Mahotsav and from that parking area Taj Mahal is about 1.5 km, Due  to security reason we are not allowed to take our car on that road so, we parked it there and we take a Tange (horse cart) to reach there, the tange wala charged Rs 200 to take us near the ticket counter of Taj.

After security check we finally enter the premise of Taj Mahal (comes in seven wonder of world).

After walking for 5 minutes, Finally the Taj is in front of us, I saw the Taj from a distance than I realise why Taj Mahal comes in one of the famous Tourist places in india. Here I could already breathe the history of romance and peacefulness from the air. Mughal architecture is exquisite. Each of the unique carvings resembles a peaceful ambience. I can stare at that masterpiece all the day and night if I am lucky maybe with a company of full moon.

After few hours of wandering the Taj, we took some selfies and come out from the premises, and visited the local handicraft market near the Taj Mahal were they sell many marbles carving, also we buy some famous and traditional panchi petha, after that we went to a local authentic restaurant for breakfast and further we headed towards Agra Fort and then back to Noida.
